At Avioraa, we value your satisfaction. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to assist you. Please carefully read the policy below and follow the required steps.

Return Window

You can request a return or exchange within 3-5 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:
• Be in the same condition as received (unused, unworn, and undamaged)
• Be returned in original packaging
• Have a clear unboxing video (from sealed package opening to product reveal)
Important: Returns without an unboxing video will be strictly rejected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Personal care items (beauty products, grooming tools, etc.)
• Used or damaged products
• Bulk orders
• Items sent back without prior return approval

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in the following situations:
• You received a damaged product
• You received the wrong product
In both cases, an unboxing video is mandatory.

Return Shipping & Fees

• Customers must bear the return shipping cost
• A flat ₹100 return fee will be deducted from the refund
• Return address will be shared only after approval

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval status.
If approved:
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Amount will reflect within 10 business days
If the refund does not reflect within 15 business days, please contact us.

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
• To cancel, please contact us via email or WhatsApp
Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
